a space to rest, receive, and return

Suffering and pain
can take hold of our hearts and spirits.
It comes in many forms.
Sometimes it’s momentary.
Sometimes it lingers... even haunts.
Sometimes we know the source -
and sometimes we don’t.
Emotions can press against us,
shaping our days, our relationships,
and how we see ourselves.
Joy gets buried.
Over time, we may not even recognize
who we’ve become.
We’re alive -
but not fully living.
Sometimes the weight builds quietly.
Sometimes it all comes at once.
I found my breaking point on my closet floor.
For a while, I stayed there - too heartbroken to move.
And still, Something Bigger was at work.
God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit were present.
They held me, strengthened me, and guided me.
This space is offered as a quiet place for reflection—
a place for honesty, gentle guidance,
and a return to peace.
You’re invited to rest, to explore,
to receive, and to return.
I remember what it felt like to be on that closet floor.
And now, I exhale - held in a peace
I didn’t create on my own.
My prayer is that this space becomes
a place where you can reflect, reconnect,
and be restored -
drawing closer to peace, healing,
and a deeper connection with God.
If you’re new here,
begin wherever your heart feels drawn.

Journaling is a powerful practice for spiritual growth.
I invite you to listen to this brief video and consider how you, too, can receive guidance, love, and comfort - connecting with your own intuition and a higher power through journaling.
Let this be a gentle beginning -
toward peace, gratitude, and hope.
